We are conviently located for all of Akron on West Exchange Street. No matter which meal you choose at our restaurant, one thing is certain, you will be eating authentic Mexican cuisine prepared from scratch. At El Rancho, you are numero uno. That is why we prepare our food fresh daily and use only 100% vegetable oil.

Food Descriptions

BURRITO - Flour tortilla, rolled around, filled with ground beef, chicken or beans, topped with onion sauce and cheese.

CHALUPA - Flat corn tortilla, with refried beans, sprinkled with cheese, topped with guacamole salad.

CHILE RELLENO - Whole poblano pepper with white mexican cheese, topped with egg white and sauce.

QUESADILLA - Flour tortilla with cheese folded in half and baked.

TACO - Tortilla folded and fried crisp, filled with ground beef, lettuce and cheese.

TACQUITOS - Corn tortilla, stuffed with shredded beef or chicken, rolled up and deep fried.

PICO DE GALLO - Combination of diced tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, onions and cilantro.

TAMALES - Mexican masa (corn meal) mixture, wrapped around a savory pork filling and steamed in corn.
